I'm sure there are "X-perts" howling about how this or that didn't match continuity. They'll rail against the most insignificant things, not to mention major breaks from X-canon, like it's the end of the world. They forget... it's a movie. There isn't time for 30 years of backstory by a dozen authors two be squeezed into 2 hours. Something else I'm noticing... it seems like men enjoyed the latest movie more than women (though I haven't heard Nicole's opinion yet). Maybe Wolverine didn't spend enough time with his shirt off for them? Having decades of continuity is a two-edged sword.
